Requirements:
1) Any graduate may apply. Experience 0-1 years.
2) Female only.
3) Good English & Hindi communication skills MANDATORY.
4) Sincere, Polite, Responsible, Disciplined & Self-Motivated.
5) Preferably from Indira Nagar, Gomti Nagar and surroundings locations.
6) Phone expenses will be reimbursed by company.

Responsibilities:
1) Attending customer calls, answering queries and resolving issues.
2) Making outbound calls to client prospects for conversions.
3) Coordination & Support to client and sales team for all issues.
4) Daily MIS preparation and reporting to Operations Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs. 8,000.00 to 12,000.00 /month.
